Utricularia asplundii

I got one very nice present last Christmas. When I was checking my collection of Nepenthes and orchids Utricularia, I noticed the floral stem on my Utricularia asplundii. The stem looked like it's going to have six flowers, but unfortunately, when I came next week, the stem was broken and it was clear that only three flower could develop. I tried to pollinate them and I hope everything happened right. Here are some photos:

My girlfriend

Ok, ok, my first article can't be about anyone else than my girlfriend. Her name is Veronika and she comes from Kosice, Slovakia. I met her in Praque and fell in love with her quite fast.
I admire her that she can be with someone like me, who usually talka only about carnivorous plants all day long. Actually, she likes plants too and we both hope to have greenhouse full of plants once. Although we are both different in many ways, we are joined together by big love and respect to nature.
